Every week we post the answer to one of our weekly trivia questions on our website - that's right, we give away a free point each week! We post a reminder for Fans and Followers of our social media channels to check our website for the answer. Yes, absolutely! We never run the same quiz twice! You can play every night of the week and at as many different venues as you like!
Prizes vary by venue - each venue set and provide their own prizes (1st, 2nd, 3rd and sometimes mini-prizes). Just head to your local to find out!
Our nights run between 1.5-2 hours, but this varies depending on the number of teams playing and the venue.
Some of our venues have a Cash Jackpot up for grabs. The amount of money up for grabs is different at each venue, but generally grows each week until one lucky team wins!
There are 4 simple rules:

You only have 45 seconds to answer the Cash Jackpot question.

You have to spell your Cash Jackpot answer correctly (don't worry about punctuation or special characters - just use the 26-letter English alphabet).

Only ONE team can win. There is no splitting or sharing of the jackpot, so if more than one team get the correct answer no one wins and it will roll over to following week!

No phones or external help - meaning no asking other patrons, no asking bar staff and no accepting help from people outside of their team. Patrons not playing trivia and venue staff cannot participate and cannot help.

Using your phone to cheat at trivia makes you an all-around bad person and tends to make your host very sad.
You'll also lose points if you're found cheating. We won't tell you to put your phone away (because we're not your Dad), so if you need to use your phone to send a message, check an email, show people pictures of a cute teacup pig or as a flashlight to find whatever you dropped underneath your table go right ahead!
For Venues
It’s easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just submit an enquiry through our Booking Form and we will hook you up! We can generally start running weekly nights for you within a fortnight of your enquiry! We'll come out to your venue to do a tech visit to ensure your audiovisual (AV) set up has everthing you need to run a Weekly Trivia or Music Bingo night at your venue.
The standard price for a weekly product is $330 (+ GST).
We can also offer you an introductory rate of $270+gst for your first 10 weeks so you can really hit the ground running. The introductory offer is valid for venues who run for the full 10 week period. Venues who cancel within the first 10 weeks will not be eligible for the 10 week introductory discount and may be charged at the Standard price.
Our theme nights start at $500 (+GST), just send us an enquiry for more information.
We invoice fortnightly and your invoice includes our bank details for direct transfer. If you have a question about your invoice you can email accounts@quizmasters.com.au and our accounts team can help you out.
Each venue set and provide their own prizes. Before you get started, we'll provide you with guidance based on our 35+ years of experience as to what prize structures will work best to generate regular players for your venue.
Great! Offering a jackpot is a great way to entice new players and get keep your regular players excited. We generally recommend that you pick a base of $100, and that the jackpot amount increases by $25 each week until it goes off. Some venues choose to cap their Jackpot at $1000. We are happy to talk you through it and come up a Jackpot structure that works for you! Venues who offer Jackpots also get a special shout out on our Social Media channels when their jackpot goes off.
You'll need to provide a microphone to our hosts and a way for hosts to connect to your audiovisual (AV) systems - this will vary depending on the product we're running for you. Our Weekly Trivia is a multimedia product and required TV screens and a way for our host to connect their laptop to your system; sometimes this is HDMI, sometimes Chromecast etc., and our Weekly Music Bingo requires a way for our hosts to connect a laptop to your venue's in-house audio system.
We make a new high quality multi-media presentation for each day of the week, every week of the year! The presentation includes two rounds of trivia which run for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, presented by one of our charasmastic hosts!
The quiz includes 5 x mini games which are designed for any team to win, even if they're not particularly "good" at triva. Our goal is to give those players a reason to come back every week and continue to enjoy the top notch food and drinks you have to offer.Each week you'll receive two rounds of Music Bingo which run for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours combined, presented by one of our charasmastic hosts! Our Music Bingo nights provide players with curated playlists selected specifically by our host for your venue's audience.
Unlike other Music Bingo providers, QuizMasters listsens to our players and hosts. We want you to have a great time hearing the songs you love, so we have an ever-expanding music library to include new music, genres, and audiences.
Unfortunately we do not offer private functions or fundraising events.
